When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped within two business days. Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments are top priority and will be shipped out the same day, as long as it is ordered before 12:00PM CST. We will contact you if we foresee any delays with your shipment or if an item is out of stock.

How is my order shipped?
We ship FEDEX Ground or USPS for all orders sent within the continental U.S. additional cost incurred to ship outside the continental U.S. FEDEX can only ship to a physical street address (no P.O. Boxes, please). For expedited deliveries, you may choose FEDEX Two Day Air or FEDEX Next Day Air with additional costs incurred.

Please choose P.O. Box/APO/FPO for delivery to a P.O. Box, an APO or FPO address or a U.S. protectorate. Orders sent to these addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

How can I check on my order status?
You will receive a ship confirmation e-mail with the FEDEX tracking number, once your package ships from our warehouse. Packages sent via U.S. Postal Priority Mail do not have a tracking number.

What is the cost of domestic shipping?
All packages 10 lbs and under will pay the standard shipping rates. All packages over 10 lbs will be charged according to their dimensional weight as calculated by FEDEX or USPS. USPS Priority Mail - $5.95 . Regular FEDEX Ground Shipping  $6.50, Second Day Air- $28.95 and Overnight Delivery - $44.95 Express delivery is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes. USPS Priority Mail - $6.95

How long until my order arrives?
Items in stock and available will ship out within 2 business days. You will need to add this time to the shipping service you selected. For instance, if you select FEDEX Second Day Air, your order will arrive in 3 to 4 business days (1 to 2 business days to ship, 2 day UPS transit time). Regular Ground shipments require 5-7 business days.
